Repair Process

Vehicle Drop Off & Damage Analysis
Once your vehicle enters our shop, our collision experts will accurately assess any damages before we begin making repairs. Vehicle not drivable? Call us to schedule a free towing service. Need a ride? We will gladly pick you up from your location within a 15 mile radius – free.

An estimator will then perform a vehicle damage analysis of the vehicle by examining visible outer damage, which is sent to you and the insurance company. If more work is needed after internal damage is uncovered during disassembly, a supplement is written.

Body & Structural Repairs
The insurance provider can then make a request for teardown or disassembly of your vehicle to ensure all damage is documented accurately and determine if your vehicle is repairable. Upon approval, we perform body and structural restoration work. Prior to any frame repairs that take place on our frame machine, our I-CAR certified and master technicians review the approved estimate and conduct a game plan for the vehicle’s repairs.

Paint & Reassembly
Before the painting begins, we will address any dents, scratches, or cracks first to ensure a smooth and glossy finish. We use only the best quality paints for optimum gloss and durability. The paint colors are mixed with our computerized paint matching system and custom tinted by a highly trained technician to match your vehicle’s color perfectly.

Once the vehicle has been reassembled, our detail team performs a full hand wash and a thorough interior cleaning. The paint is then polished and surfaces are cleaned & buffed, making the vehicle look even cleaner than when it first entered our repair process.

Inspection & Pickup
We perform a thorough quality inspection to ensure all the repairs were completed properly and the vehicle is back to its pre-loss condition. Every repaired vehicle undergoes a test drive to ensure all electrical and mechanical components are not only functioning properly, but your vehicle is safe to drive.
